What do you teach about English in supplementary class?

In less than 5 days, I will begin my teaching life, of course, as a part-time English teacher in my summer supplementary class. I feel excited, but at the same time, I feel confused. I think you should consider the following things. 1) What the students want to learn? 2) What the studentt's parents want their children to learn? 3) What you can teach 4) Combine all the "what" above and choose what you will teach them. But if I were you, I'd rather teach them oral English and English listening with many short English videos and flashes! I went to Hebei and taught English for nine days. That's unforgettable. I recommend 《走遍美国》 to you. They are short and easy to understand and help the students to understand American lifestyle. Hope you have a good summer! |
