[交流] I am tired

First,I want to say I am tired.In the past  20 days,my mind was in a tumult.All what happened should have upseted me ,however,I couldn't control myself or I couldn't control my mind ,I want to know What is reality.In a word ,a substance basis determines superstructure.

Having a good state of mind is a very importang thing!
  Sometimes we will be in bad conditions,and  everything seems   to be blank.when i was in bad times, i will give a call to my family and my mother would tell me that you are the best one,and mother believe in you forever.aiso i would talk with my friends and they will say,"just trust yourself and slow down ,and evertthing will be ok！"
    tomorrow is another day! And hope we all have a good time!
