有人投过Journal of Fluorescence么？ 已有3人参与

有篇小文章想投到Journal of Fluorescence。看到Instructions for authors里有一段不太明白： Type double−spaced, and submit the original and three copies (including, where possible, copies of all illustrations and tables). All copies must be dark, sharp, and clear. Computer−generated manuscripts must be of letter quality (not dot−matrix). Electronic submissions must be accompanied by three mailed hard copies, where both versions must be identical. 除了电子版的投稿还有这个要求，是怎么个投法？有投过的指教一下，另：该杂志好不好中？谢谢！ |
