【求助】温度对焊接组织的影响 已有1人参与

求大侠： 厚钢板焊接，为将钢板焊接起来成为圆管。 不知道预热温度、焊接过程中反面伴随预热、后热温度以及后热处理温度 这4个温度对焊接组织的影响是怎么样的？比如说温度提高，组织粗化了还是怎么的之类。 谢谢。 |

I think you should understand the purpose of pre-hest (PH) and postweld heat treatment (PWHT) first. PH is mainly for minimising the tendency of hydrogen induced cracking. PWHT is mainly for stress relief and softening the weld (including HAZ). Can you tell me the aims your PH and PWHT, and temperatures, duration, etc. |
