[交流] 求助:翻译摘要

随着连续梁和连续刚构广泛的应用,发现一些桥梁在施工过程中腹板出现裂缝。本文以弹性力学为依据,运用ansys建立连续梁、连续刚构桥三维实体模型,计算混凝土腹板三向受力情况下的主拉应力,并对比腹板内最大主拉应力与混凝土抗拉强度的关系,由此说明腹板产生裂缝的原因。结合实际桥梁,在采用悬臂现浇法施工时四种工况下混凝土腹板受力状态,计算得出最大主拉应力分别为:1.04MPa、3.93MPa、2.81MPa和-0.47MPa。因此说明竖向预应力能有效控制腹板混凝土的主拉应力,为预防混凝土腹板内部主拉应力超过混凝土抗拉强度,应在施工时先张拉竖向预应力,其次张拉水平预应力钢筋,最后在张拉竖弯预应力钢筋。

With the continuous beams and rigid frame a wide range of applications found in the construction of some bridges cracks in the web. In this paper, elasticity, based on the use of ansys establishment of continuous beam, continuous rigid frame bridge three-dimensional solid model, the strength of concrete webs by three cases to the main tensile stress, and compared the maximum principal tensile stress within the web and tensile strength of concrete relationship, this shows the reason web cracks. Light of the actual bridge, in situ method using cantilever construction of concrete frames with four types of stress state condition, the maximum principal tensile stress is calculated, respectively: 1.04MPa, 3.93MPa, 2.81MPa and-0.47MPa. Therefore, effective control of vertical webs of prestressed concrete principal tensile stress, for the prevention of concrete principal tensile stress exceeds the internal webs of concrete tensile strength, should be first in the construction of vertical prestress tension, followed by the level of prestress tension steel, and finally tensioned prestressed reinforced vertical curve.
