When I have bad mood, I would do something else. I like drawing. When I feel bad, I would draw a picture with all my attention. When I finish it, I would feel contented because I am good at drawing at least. Generally, I think doing sth. else would help, which is to transfer your attention. When your attention does not focus on your bad situation, you will not feel so much bad. As for something else, I think you could watch a movie, find a friend to talk, play some sports, draw pictures, plant some little plants and so on. Actually, no matter how the things are going, any experience, good or bad, are a great deal of treasure for us growing. Anyway, have a nice mood !
