What do you think is important in an interview? Appearance, body launguage, your experience in relevant field, your introduction, and communication abilities, the award you obtained during schooling and work? or something else? What have you experienced in the past time? whether make it or failed. How did or are you going to make it through successfully? if you want to give good impression at a interview,you shuold be well prepared and bring all relevant materials including you resume.strat the day with a full stomach and come to the interview alone.remeber to be on time or five minites early.you should look neat and be dressed appropriately.shake hands firmlyy,looking the interviewer aquarely in the face.remember the person'name and title,and pronounce them correctly.speak clearly slowly and loudly enough.do not talk to much and don't fidget. you should straightforward and to the point,exhibiting confidence.do not belitter you yourself or you background. finally thank the interviewer for his or her time,help,or information and shake hands again. |

I think the most important part is your personality and communication abilities. I've experienced only once interview which is through telephone. I didn't pay much attention to this cauze it's an interview to test my speaking English. Good luck! |

| I think learning ability and transferable skills is very critical. Learning ability means you can learn new knowledge and absorpt it quickly. Transferable skills is a general idea, which may include communication skills, leadship, teamwork and decision making ability. I have never exprienced any interview in the company. But i am trying to develop these kinds of abilities. |
