how to get along with girls?

I find it very difficult for me to get along with girls,most times when I stay with girls,I feel very discomfortable,I just don't know what to chat, but in my inner heart, I really want to chat with girls,especially with the girl I like.I really don't know how to make me fell comfortable in front of girls,at the same time, make the girls feel free in front of me.Do you have the same experience with me ? and how do you overcome it? can you give me some advice?It would be very kind of you if you teach me how to do !!!!
