About the referee of world cup

I saw the game of Engliand VS Germany yesterday.The result was unexpected.The referee becamethe chief actor of the game. until now , I was very disappointen with this world cup for the ausricher,the safety,the traditional powerteam and especially the referee.I would not like to say more about it.
