岗位名称: 讲师 招聘部门：市政环境工程学院环境科学与工程系 一、设岗单位基本情况： 市政学院环境科学与工程学科是哈尔滨工业大学“211工程”和“985工程”重点建设学科，设有“长江计划奖励学者”特聘教授岗位；拥有成为国家级创新团队1个，国家级重点实验室1个，国家级工程中心1个和4个省部级重点实验室。 学科拥有环境科学、环境工程2个本科专业，环境科学与工程一级学科硕士点以及微生物学硕士点，环境科学与工程一级学科博士点、环境微生物学二级学科博士点，环境科学与工程博士后科研流动站。 目前本学科已经形成了一支年富力强、知识和年龄结构合理、高素质、富有创新精神的教学科研队伍。现有教师37人，包括中国工程院院士1人，长江计划特聘教授2人，国家级有突出贡献专家1人，跨/新世纪优秀人才6名、省杰出青年基金获得者5名。教授15人，副教授14人，讲师8人，博士生导师16人。教师中具有博士学位36人(占97%)。另外，有国内外兼职博导9人。 二、主要工作任务和职责: 1、教学方面： 承担面向本科生开设的《大气污染控制》的课程； 2、科研方面： 从事污染物削减与防治技术相关方向的研究 从事污（废）水处理与资源化理论与技术等相关方向的研究 3、其他方面： 具有指导学生的经验;对于课程建设和改革具有独到的见解和思路。 指导本科生进行毕业设计，协助指导硕士研究生完成硕士课题； 三、申请人条件要求： 1、基本条件 品行端正，遵纪守法，严格自律； 具有良好的职业道德，组织观念强； 具有良好的团队合作精神、思路开阔，能够创造性地解决问题； 自觉保守所聘岗位的机密，遵守相关法律法规和学校的有关规定。 2、教育背景和资格条件 第一学历：985高校、211高校毕业生； 最后学历、学位：在国际知名大学、国内985高校或中科院取得博士学位。 3、教学方面要求 熟练使用 MS Powerpoint等教学工具。 热爱教学事业、具有很强的沟通和交流能力。 4、科研方面要求： 系统掌握所招聘学科对应的专业知识和专业技能。 了解环境相关应用领域的国际前沿。 具备较强的用英文撰写、发表高水平科技论文的能力和潜力。 具有独立进行科研项目的经验；能够独立撰写项目报告。 四、应聘办法： 应聘者下载并填写《哈尔滨工业大学教师岗位申请表》(点击下载)，于2010年7月11日前发至hitrsc@hit.edu.cn并抄送irene501@tom.com，邮件名称注明“市政学院环境科学与工程系应聘-姓名”，否则不予受理。收到材料后，人事处和市政学院将进行初审，初审合格会发出面试通知。未获面试资格者，恕不另行通知。 五、联系方式： 人事处联系人：肖磊 电话：0451-86413179 市政环境工程学院联系人：马春艳 电话：0451-86282104 哈尔滨工业大学人事处 哈尔滨工业大学市政环境工程学院 2010年6月26日 Title: Lecturer Department: Environmental Science and Engineering Home Page: http://me.hit.edu.cn/ FT/PT: Full Time Closing Date: Until Filled Introduction: Environmental Science and Engineering is key subject of “211 Project” and “985 Project” of Harbin Institute of Technology with “The Yangtze River Scholars Program” Distinguished Professor position. The discipline was honored the Excellent Innovative Team by the “Program for Yangtze River Scholars and Innovative Research Team in University”. Now there are 37 teachers, including one academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and one academician of the International Water Academy of Science. There are one Chair Professor of the Cheung Kong Scholars Program, one Guest Lecturing Professor of the Cheung Kong Scholars Program, 2 national experts who have made outstanding contributions and 6 teachers who have obtained the Trans－Century Training Programme Foundation for the Talents by the State Education Commission, 5 persons with the Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars of Heilongjiang Province.
