dreaming to be a scholar

Now i am 24years old,i am study in school from eight years old to now, compulsory education ,senior high school,undergraduated ,and post graduated,now,i want to have a exam about doctor dgree ,thinking back the past time ,i suddendly find i am a older,dreaming to be a scholar? i constantly ask myself, what is scholar? what the scholar should do?
