圣睿薄膜太阳能（镇江）有限公司由圣睿薄膜太阳有限公司(B.V.I.)与镇江新区经济开发总公司在镇江出口加工区内合作建设。本公司全线引进匈牙利Energosola公司薄膜太阳能电池生产线, 致力于高效能薄膜太阳能电池模组的研发、生产、销售和服务。2009年初，新公司注册成立，2009中厂房落成，到2010年底，将安装年产能为96兆瓦的生产设备。于2011年底，年产能将达120兆瓦。该项目预计第三年，可实现年销售额1.8亿美元，税前利润达5500万美元TechnicianGeneral job purpose for Technician:Implement process steps, Assists engineers in improvement of process, instruct line operator, and monitor quality status.Requirement:Education: College or UndergraduateKnowledge/ Skill/ Capability: 3-5 years working experience of semi-conductor or solar, major in material science or integration of mechanics and electrics；new graduates are acceptable；Language Skills: must be able to read, write in EnglishCommunication / Interaction: Able to present, organize and convey ideas or issues across teams in Microsoft office software 技术员(急招）工作总目标：实施制程步骤，协助工程师改善生产过程，指导操作人员工作，监控质量情况。要求：1.大专或以上学历2.半导体，太阳能，材料科技或机电行业，3-5年以上工作经验者优先；优秀应届生也可；3.能用英语读写；4.熟练使用Microsoft office软件Talents who have experience in semi conductor industry or solar energy with a good command of English are preferable.以上职位，具有半导体或太阳能行业经验及英语熟练者优先。工艺员岗位职责：1. 制定所负责工序可行的工艺方案和工艺参数，确定原辅材料；2. 履行故障检测和分析，解决负责工序生产中出现的工艺问题；3. 对所负责工序进行工艺改进，包括原辅材料的改进，工艺流程的改进，工艺参数的改进，制造方法的改进；以降低成本或提高产品性能；4. 协助人力资源部搞好对员工的技术教育及培训；5. 完成工艺经理布置的各项临时任务。Responsibility of process technician1. build effective process solution, confirm process parameter and material;2. make FA to solve the quality problem;3. develop new material and new process to decrease the production cost or improve the performance of the product;4. make onjob training for new employee;5. complete temporary job arranged by production director岗位要求：1. 本科以上学历，半导体、物理、材料科学、光学、微电子等相关专业；2. 具有CVD和PVD薄膜制备，或激光刻蚀，或非晶硅薄膜电池封装等一年以上经验；3. 掌握真空系统，半导体薄膜特性分析，太阳能发电系统；4. 英语流利，具备与外籍技术人员英语口语/书面沟通经验；5. 具有很强的数据分析能力Position requirement:1. Bachelor or above, major in semiconductor, physics, material science, opotics, electric engineering and so on;2. At least one year of experience on CVD, or PVD, or laser scribing, or amorphous solar cell lamination;3. Be familiar with vacuum system, semiconductor thin film characteristic analysis, PV system4. Fluent English, be able to communicate with foreign expert with oral and written English;5.
