【求助】FDA规定 已有2人参与

以下是FDA规定里关于二氧化氯的一句话： “The additive may be used as an antimicrobial agent in water used to wash fruits and vegetables that are not raw agricultural commodities in an amount not to exceed 3 ppm residual chlorine dioxide as determined by Method 4500-ClO2E." 这句话是说在清洗果蔬时二氧化氯最高使用浓度不能超过3 ppm，还是在清洗果蔬后将果蔬均质再用Method 4500-ClO2E方法测定的每千克果蔬样品中不能超过3mg二氧化氯物质？ 另外，Method 4500-ClO2E（应该就是五步碘量法吧）方法中说到“this procedure can be applied to concentrated solutions (100-100 mg/l) or dilute solutions (0.1-10 mg/l) by appropriate selection of titrant concentration and sample size”。那么这里的0.1 mg/l是该方法的检测限吗？ 谢谢！！！ |
