[资源] 【资源】签证中的在读院校证明信模板

在留服中心的网页上，签证申请所需材料里有个“就读院校证明信”的相关要求。不知道其他学校是否公布了符合要求的模板。我这里自己整理了一个。
   第一次上传资料，还在审核中，无法提供网址，所以，就复制在文中给大家看了，但愿有用。
   另外，“就读院校证明信相关要求”中有一条是，要求“相关部门(如学生处，外事处，研究生院或申请人所在院系)主管领导签字（并打印上英文拼写）并加盖公章”，这个相关部门到底选哪个，只有待我明天去问咨询完了才能得到答案了，有经验的大虾们请不吝赐教了！

                                       就读院校证明信
   兹证明***，男/女，**年*月生，于**年**月进入我校学习，现是我校***学院***专业在读**年级博士研究生。经学生本人申请和国家留学基金委批准，该生从**年**月**日起，将在**大学进行为期N个月的学术交流，留学身份为联合培养博士研究生。留学期满将按时回到本校继续学业，如一切顺利，将于**年**月毕业并取得**博士学位证书。留学期间，由国家留学基金委向其提供一次往返路费，并每月提供1000-1100美元的资助。
   经审核，本单位同意派出。

Since the application of this student has been approved by the China Scholarship Council, she would go to ** University for academic Visit & Exchange. The student’s status in ** University is Joint Culture Doctoral Candidate. The visiting duration is from **/2010 to **/2011, for 12 months. After this program, she would be back to ** University on time to go on with her study. If everything goes smoothly, she will obtain a graduate certificate and a Doctoral Degree of **(MAJOR) in **(DATE).
During her studying abroad, Chinese Scholarship Council will sponsor the international traveling expenses and provide financial assistance to her, its about 1000-1100 U.S. dollars per month.
