帮忙看看APL的拒信，重投还有希望吗？ 已有11人参与

我的文章算是吻合APl的主题的，但是APL近年确实很少有这方面的文章，我也没有引用其文章，也没有推荐审稿人，收到拒信如下： We have published very little in this subject area recently, so your manuscript may be lost in the pages of this Journal. One of the journals in your reference list would bring your work to the attention of a more interested audience. This is not a judgment on the technical quality of your paper, rather it is an attempt on our part to try to place papers where they will be of the greatest use to the greatest number of people.
