[交流] English Ability Test Certificates

Do you have any suggestion for what kinds of certificate is more useful for us to find a job?
What is ths advantage or disadvantage of different kinds of english certificates?
Which test do you have past?
I past  CET-6 during my college education with a ease, but  I really wanna take more, which i think should improve my english abilities in every aspect, however, i am not sure which I should take....
