when i am in blue ,the first thing i like to do is smoking,though i am not a  smoker，the cigarette can make me feel better,now i reply your topic while i am smoking.when i feel bad ,i donot know what music can make me happy.

Try to forget all of the unhappy things and enjoy the music,you can choose a delight one to listen if you feel too bad.And when I listen to some music I like,I may forget about the worries.
Smoking would do you no good,I think it's just that you believe it may make you feel better,then you feel better when you smoke,right or wrong,cigarets can be really bad to your health.
By the way,I hate smoking!
