I think listening to the music can make me feel better when I am in a bad mood.There are so many good albums.Give my respect to the people who have composed them.

Try to forget all of the unhappy things and enjoy the music,you can choose a delight one to listen if you feel too bad.And when I listen to some music I like,I may forget about the worries.
Smoking would do you no good,I think it's just that you believe it may make you feel better,then you feel better when you smoke,right or wrong,cigarets can be really bad to your health.
