马上要考口语了，可是还有两个话题没有准备好。所以求助下高手啊。
1、Do you think that people with better educational backgrounds should take on more social responsibilities?
2、What is the appropriate age to start learning about personal finance/ start learning how to manage personal finances? What do you think are good money management methods?
