这个各个学科不是很一样，但是通用的格式是首先感谢审稿人提的建议和意见，然后说你们怎么修改的，要逐条回复审稿人的意见。大修以后能不能中主要是看审稿人对你们回复的评价，特别是他提的问题，一般是有机会的！good luck！下面是我以前写的！ Thank you for handling our manuscript "Title" with the Manuscript Code: #####.
