分享一篇最近的一篇文章，关于PAW的执行的，有兴趣的可以看看... http://www.wfu.edu/~natalie/papers/PAWform/index.html The Projector Augmented Wave (PAW) formalism developed by Bloechl [Phys. Rev. B 50, 17953 (1994)] is an accurate and effcient pseudo-potential-like scheme for electronic structure calculations within density functional theory and is now implemented in several electronic structure codes. Some of these codes use an implementation of the formalism developed by Kresse et al. [Phys.Rev. B 59, 1758 (1999)] which differs slightly from the original Bloechl formalism and which which can lead to different electronic structure results. In this paper, we analyze and illustrate the difference between the Bloechl and Kresse PAW formulations. GK的(VASP)PAW的执行似乎不是太好。 [ Last edited by 天空空 on 2010-6-20 at 10:02 ] |
