关于收到ACS文章接收信的问题 已有13人参与

各位虫虫，忙了小半年的一篇文章终于被接收啦，今天收到的接收信。但是有些内容不太明白，希望各位帮忙给看一下。这是接收信原文： Dear Prof. XX We are pleased to inform you that your manuscript has been accepted for publication in the Journal of Proteome Research. Your manuscript has been forwarded to the ACS Publications office. If you selected JAMs publication, your accepted manuscript will be posted within three days. This version of your manuscript is not considered published as it is an unedited version. The publication date will be the ASAP date after galley proof is returned by you. You will be contacted in the near future by the ACS Journal Publishing Staff regarding the page proofs for your manuscript. After you approve your page proofs, your manuscript will be published on the Web in approximately 48 hours. In view of this fast publication time, it is important to review your page proofs carefully. Once a manuscript appears on the Web it is considered published. Any change to the manuscript once it appears on the Web will need to be submitted to the journal office as additions or corrections. The publication date will be the ASAP date after galley proof is returned by you.”，是什么意思？我没有理解，需要我做什么呢现在？尤其是JAMs publication 是什么意思呢？ 2.在信的末尾有一段是“********************* Confirmation of your selection for “Just Accepted” publication: YES, I agree that my accepted manuscript may be published on the ACS Web site as a 'Just Accepted' manuscript. *********************”这段又是什么意思呢？是要我选择，还是我已经选择了呢？ 3.第一次投递ACS文章，请问接到这封接收信以后，我要做些什么，是等待给我发清样吗？是否马上需要给编辑写封感谢信？ 投稿经验不足，麻烦有经验的虫虫帮助解答。在忙完收稿后，我将把这篇文章的投稿过程发在论坛里，供大家参考。谢啦！ |

刚才看了下网页上的HELP，关于JAMs解释如下： What are the requirements for "Just Accepted" Manuscripts? "Just Accepted" manuscripts are peer-reviewed, accepted manuscripts that have not yet undergone technical editing or formatting for publication. The American Chemical Society posts these "Just Accepted" manuscripts to its Web site within 3 days of acceptance as a free service to the research community to expedite the dissemination of scientific material as soon as possible after acceptance. Authors must adhere to the specific requirements listed below to ensure rapid delivery of their accepted manuscript to the Web. This page also provides a Frequently Asked Questions section. Currently, Web posting of peer-reviewed and accepted manuscripts is only available for a small number of journals involved in a one-year pilot project. These are ACS Chemical Biology, Biochemistry, Journal of Proteome Research, and Molecular Pharmaceutics. 也就是说在ACS系统里只有Chemical Biology, Biochemistry, Journal of Proteome Research, and Molecular Pharmaceutics这么五种杂志有JAMs的事情，希望大家也了解下。 |
