The two maxima
observed in the out-of-phase ac signals are indicative of the operation
of more than one relaxation process in this compound, which are likely
to be affected by the nature or directions of the easy axes through the
ligand fields.

Two separate relaxation processes are clearly observed
at 7 and 8 K (Figure 3) that can be nicely described by the sum of
two modified Debye functions

不是该专业，试着翻译如下：
（1）1.9-25K的温度范围内对于1（可能是某种材料）外相交流磁化率随频率变化的对数值。
（2）图3. 在7和8K时，1的动态磁化率显示出Cole-Cole曲线趋势。实线为基于等式1的拟合曲线。
（3）在外相交流信号中观察到的两个最大值是本化合物不止一个弛豫过程的指征，这很可能是通过配位场受到易轴的本质或方向影响的缘故。
（4）在7和8K时清楚地观察到两个独立的弛豫过程（见图3），这两个弛豫过程可用两个已修正的德拜函数进行表达（描述）。
