| When the culture medium cool to about 50 ℃, take proper amount of sodium lactate into the medium and whisk it fully, then divide the medium into several equal parts, after that ,each part add different amount of sodium sulfate, inoculate bacteria in the constant temperature incubator and maintain the temperature of 36 degrees. |
