请高手翻译，不能在网上翻译 胆酸由一个刚性的甾环和一个脂肪侧链组成, 在高等脊椎动物中, 胆酸的A、B两环顺式相连, 形成一个凹腔(图1). 胆酸的羟基都指向凹面, 同侧链上的羧基共同形成亲水的α面, 而三个甲基都指向另外一面, 形成憎水的β面, 因此胆酸是两亲性分子, 能够形成胶束或其他超分子结构。其独特的分子结构和特性,近年来在生物医药领域和化学领域引起了许多研究者的兴趣，被广泛应用分子识别、分子伞、药物传送体系与制备高分子生物材料等领域。 |

翻译如下： Cholic acid is constitute of rigid steroidrings and aliphatic substituents , in Vertebrate ,the rings of cholic acid (ring A and ring B) connected in cis-form, forms a cavity（Graph 1）. The hydroxys of cholic acid all pointed to the concave surface . The hydroxys on the same substituent forms a hydrophilic surface ---the α surface ,meanwhile ,the 3 methyls pointed to the opposite ,and forms a hydrophobe surface ,making cholic acid a amphipathic molecule which can form micella and other supermolecule structure .
