求翻译一小段实验操作

将3g微粒硅胶用3M的盐酸水溶液酸化24h。抽滤,于110℃下干燥12h。 将酸化好的干燥硅胶3g置于圆底烧瓶中,加入40mL无水甲苯,搅拌均匀,再加入4mL3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷KH550,于110℃充分反映3h。 冷却后,抽滤,用乙醇洗涤,60℃干燥12h,即制得氨基丙烷化硅胶(APS)。 [ Last edited by djfyc on 2010-6-14 at 09:21 ] |

| 3g particulate silica gel is acidified with 3M HCl(aq.) for 24h, filtrated, and dried at 110℃ for 12h. In a round-bottomed flask equipped with mechanical stirrer, the silica gel is placed, and charged with 40mL anhydrous toluen. To the homogeneous solution, 4mL 3-aminopropyltrimethoxylsilicane(KH550) is then added, and reaction is continued for 3h. The mixture is cooled, filtrated, washed with ethanol, and dried at 60℃ for 12h, to give aminopropyl silica gel(APS). |

3g porous silica was acidified with aqueous HCl (3N) for 24 hours, after filtration, the silica was dried at 110 ℃ for 12 hours. To a well stirred suspension of the above silica and dry toluene in a round-bottomed flask was added 3-aminopropyltrimethoxylsilicane (KH550) (4mL), the reaction mixture was stirred for 3 hours at 110 ℃. after cooled down, the mixture was filtrated, and the filtrated cake was washed with absolute ethanol, and dried at 60 ℃ for 12h to afford aminopropyl silica (APS) |
