Paper Submission:
Prospective authors are encouraged to submit a full paper for review by August 10, 2010, in PDF or Word format. Papers will be accepted based on peer review and should contain original, high quality work. Claims and results should be substantive enough to be further developed as quality work. All papers must be written in English. Submit a standard paper should not succeed 5 pages (two columns IEEE format), including figures and references with 10-12 point font. Helpful information for paper formatting can be found on the IEEE Authors Tools. Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register the work. Complete manuscripts must be electronically submit to the following system https://www.enjoywise.org/gcse2010/openconf/openconf.php, All accepted papers will be presented in oral sessions or poster sessions.
Authors of accepted papers, or at least one of them, are requested to register and present at the conference, otherwise their papers will be removed from the digital library after the conference. The proceedings will be published before the conference.

Publication:
The proceeding of this conference will be published by the CPS of IEEE computer Society. All papers accepted will be included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI Compendex.

2、经过严格评选出的优秀论文将以专刊的形式推荐发表在SCI、EI外文期刊，目前SCI推荐篇数10~20篇，EI期刊推荐篇数40~80篇：
GCSE2010已与International Journal of Pattern Recognition and Artificial Intelligence (IJPRAI)期刊(SCI源刊)合作，遴选本届大会的优秀论文出版模式识别和人工智能方向的专刊，并邀请IJPRAI的主编，IAPR Fellow and ISIBM Fellow，Prof. Patrick S. P. Wang作为本次大会的关键报告人。
