【求助】离子扩散的GULP模拟问题

大侠们，我遇到一自觉很难的问题，如下 The crystal around the defect center is divided into two spherical regions，with the inner sphere being labeled region 1, and the outer spherical shell of ions being region 2a. Atoms outside of these spheres belong to region 2b, which then extends to infinity. 如何实现两个区域的划分？我用的是MS里面的GULP。 |
