| 多数抗肿瘤药物缺少选择性抑制肿瘤的作用，均在杀伤肿瘤细胞的同时，常伴有不同程度的毒性反应。寻找一些毒性小、耐药性小而有一定疗效的药物治疗肿瘤，或者利用它们增加化疗药物的敏感性就显得极其重要。到目前为止，虽然在新药物的发展上有巨大的进步，但是大多数药物在临床上会表现出较高的细胞毒性和较强的排斥作用，因此，人们还在不断研究新的抗肿瘤药物，希望找到更多高效低毒的药物 |
