【原创】The 8th International Conference on Bulk Metallic Glasses (BMG VIII)已有4人参与

http://www.me.polyu.edu.hk/bmg8/ About the Conference The 8th International Conference on Bulk Metallic Glasses (BMG VIII) will be a continuation of the previous seven, which were held in Singapore (September 2000), Taiwan (March 2002), Beijing (October 2003), Knoxville (May 2005), Hyogo (October 2006), Xi'an (May 2008) and Korea (November 2009) respectively. Bulk metallic glasses (bulk amorphous alloys) constitute a new and exciting class of metallic materials with interesting properties for structural and functional use. For the past decade, substantial advances have been achieved in understanding the glass forming ability and synthesizing new bulk amorphous alloys containing multi-components. The objective of this conference is to provide an international forum to discuss recent progress in both fundamentals and applications of bulk metallic glasses.
