With the introduction of enzymes ,the degree of current had significantly fell dawn because of the influence of enzymes in nucleation process. In this nucleation process,the growth of polymer membranes was restained result of the adding of enzyme molecular ,then ,the decline of conductivity was in the follow way .The reasons may be rely on the molecular weight of enzyme. It is so big that hampered the growth of polymer membranes. Another reason may be the attachment of enzymes to the platinum electrode surface, which may lead EDOT polymerization process to gain weak electrochemical behavior. Because AO hindered the rapid spreading EDOT to the electrode surface ,which continue form EDOT+●. Another reason maybe the high concentration of AO leading the electrochemical polymerization process in delay or suppressed, even this composite membrane cannot be obtained.![]() |

| Current intensity further decreases significantly with the introduction of enzyme , and this mainly becauses of the effects of enzyme on the nucleation process.overall growth of polymer membranes isi nhibited and this becauses the enzyme doping into the membranes,leading to a decline in the conductivity of membranes.Because the molecules weight of enzyme is large(140KD),this can be interpreted as the physical incorporation of the enzyme molecules hindering the growth of the membrane space.The other reason may be the enzyme attaches to the platinum electrode surface, leading to the electrochemical behaviror of EDOT's weak polymerization. Because the AO stopes the EDOT to quickly diffuse to the electrod surface and the EDOT is successively changed into EDOT+●,the low concentration of EDOT or the high concentration of AO lead to the inhibition or delay of electrochemical polyerization process,or even the composite film can not be obtained. |
