招聘单位：山东盛大纳米科技研究院 http://www.shengdatech.com 一、化学工艺工程师：（Process Engineer） 工作地点：川沙，上海 Work Location: , Chuansha， Shanghai 汇报对象：研究院工程技术部主任 Reporting to: Director of Engine &Technology Department 职位描述 JOB OBJECTIVES: 经过培训后，这个职位将负责新产品的导入、试产的安排、生产指导，现场异常问题的及时解决，生产工艺的改善、产品性能及结构方面的改善、包括工艺指导书的编写等 After training, this position will focus on new product introduction, pilot production arrangements, production direction, trouble shooting on site, production process improvement, product performance and structural improvements, and the developing process instructions, etc. 主要工作范围: MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.负责现场的生产工艺及技术改进。 Be responsible for on-site production process and technology improvement. 2.及时发现并解决生产过程中的技术问题，保障生产的顺利进行。 Find out and resolve technical problems in the production process to ensure smooth production. 3.参与并管理新产品相关的中试项目。 Participate in and manage new product-related pilot projects. 4.编写现场工艺指导手册。 Preparation of booklet of index on-site process 能力要求： REQUIREMENTS: 1.硕士及硕士以上化学工艺、化工机械相关专业，有现场经验者优先考虑。 Master or above of Chemical Technology, Chemical Machinery related; on-site experience preferred 2.较好的英语交流能力及书写能力 Fluent in both Chinese and English for both Spoken and written; CET-6 or above 3.较好的沟通能力和学习，客户中心原则，团队合作，对新技术感兴趣。 Good communication skill, fast learner, team work spirit, curious about new technologies 4.能在压力下工作，适应经常出差 Be able to work under pressure and frequent business trips 二、实验室技术支持：（Lab Supervisor） 工作地点：川沙，上海 Work Location: , Chuansha， Shanghai 汇报对象：研究院工程技术部主任 Reporting to: Director of Engine & Technology Department 职位描述 JOB OBJECTIVES: 这个职位将负责实验室日常管理，包括实验室安全、卫生、规范检查，文档管理，设备维护，仪器校正等。 This position will manage the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, coordinating EHS，experiment process review, document management, instrument maintenance and calibration. 主要工作范围: MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.领导实验室有关EHS的相关活动和培训。 Lead the EHS activities of lab. 2.协调研究院各个研发部门对实验室的需求。 Coordinate with all R&D teams’ requirements in the Institute to balance the lab resource. 3.熟练掌握实验室的分析仪器设备，建立并管理实验室设备的操作规程及使用方法培训。 Expert on analytical instruments in lab, set up/manage the lab instrument SOP and develop/implement training process for new users. 4.参与分析测试相关的攻关项目、课题研究及公司业务相关的标准分析方法建立。 Join company projects which are analyses related and set up the SOP. 5.负责仪器的日常维护和问题解决并协调仪器供应商相关服务。 Day-to-day troubleshoot analytical instrumental problems and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and service. 能力要求： REQUIREMENTS: 1.化学相关专业硕士。 MS in Chemistry related. 2.有实验室管理经验。 Good experience on leading a lab. 3.较好的英语交流能力及书写能力 Fluent in both Chinese and English for both Spoken and written; ECT-6 or above 4.较好的沟通能力和学习，客户中心原则， 团队合作，对新技术感兴趣。 Good communication skill fast learner ,customer focus ,team work spirit ,curious about new technologies 以上岗位具体待遇面议 有意者请将简历发至shengda0602@yahoo.cn]有意者请将简历发至shengda0602@yahoo.cn，并注明信息来源。 有效期至2010年6月30日 [ Last edited by lewus on 2010-6-4 at 17:53 ] |
