编辑怎么不回信？？已有20人参与

我的一篇SCI去年10月31日就接受了，编辑要求论文的tex版本改好后发给他，我把文章修改后寄给他我要他收到就给个回信。结果他没回，过了两个月我又问了一次，他还没回。现在需要一个文章的接收函，上一周又发了一封邮件问能不能寄一个接收函给我，到目前还不回，不知道编辑到底是是什么意思呀？？？怎么不回信呀？？着急呀，不会退稿吧？？？？？？？ Dear Professor ***, It is my pleasure to inform you that your paper entitled "****(coauthor: ****)has been accepted for publication in ************.The paper will probably appear in the second half of 2010, in volume 77.
