The conference proceedings will be published by IEEE, all papers accepted will be indexed by Ei Compendex and ISTP. The technical areas to be covered in this conference include: Power Generation - Conventional and Renewable Power System Management Power Transmission and Distribution Smart Grid Technologies The deadline of full paper submission is September 24, 2010.
