| 中小高科技企业信贷市场是商业银行既向往又畏惧的市场。（1）中小企业信贷市场逐渐成为商业银行“新蓝海”市场。大企业信贷市场历来是各大银行争抢的目标，但随着大企业融资方式的转变，一定程度上给商业银行造成了巨大的盈利危机。同时，中小企业，特别是中小科技型企业的快速发展，也极大地改变了信贷市场的结构，中小企业信贷市场是一个具有巨大空间的“新蓝海”新兴增量市场。数据显示，目前中国中小企业已超过4200万户，占全国企业总数的99.8%，每年上缴税收超过国家税收总额50%，外贸出口超过60%，创造了近60%的国民生产总值，为社会带来超过75%的就业机会。中小高科技企业信贷业务方面，汇丰、渣打等外资银行已经“抢跑”，国内中小银行正在跟上，工农中建四大银行业纷纷成立中小企业信贷部。（2）商业银行追求低风险下的稳定收益的商业模式与中小高科技企业高成长性与高不确定性严重冲突。由于中小企业资产规模小、财务信息不透明、经营上的不确定性大、承受外部经济冲击的能力弱等制约因素，加上自身经济灵活性的要求，其融资与大企业相比存在很大特殊性，总体来说，中小高科技企业信贷融资表现出风险与成本双高的特点。 |
