[交流] 求助：“被邀请”写书的一章节，可信否？已有12人参与

今天收到一封信，原文如下。有关个人信息，请原谅做了删减。大意就是一个出版社要出一本和我们工作领域相关的书，根据我们以前发表的一篇论文找到了我，邀请我们参加编写其中的一个章节。自我感觉，其实我们的工作做得并不是很好，在这个相关领域的地位也是轻如鸿毛，不知为何会找到我们来编写。特别是提到要交470欧元的出版费用，更让我感到不可靠。现在骗局很多，国外人也开始学会了忽悠。这事是不是就是个忽悠？请虫友们评论评论。

We are contacting you again regarding our invitation to contribute to our upcoming book under the working title "******". We have already sent you two emails but haven't received an answer. We are aware that you may have been engaged in other activities or that our email was filtered by your email client, but we kindly ask you to give us a response. Below is the subject email:
My name is *** and I am contacting you regarding the InTech new book project under the working title "******", 978-***-****-X-X.
Based on your paper "******", you are nominated to participate in the book. You are, however, neither limited to the paper topic nor are we asking you to republish the above paper. This paper served as a proof that you are doing high quality research.
