(2010年6月3日－6月6日,湖南，长沙，湖南大学)




尊敬的各位专家、代表：


兹定于2010年6月3日～6日 “2010年第四届生物分析、生物医学工程与纳米技术国际会议(ISBBN2010)”将在湖南大学如期举行，现将有关事宜通知如下：




一、会议时间：2010年6月3日－2010年6月6日




二、会议地点：湖南大学




三、报到时间和地点：


1. 报到时间：2010年6月3日报到（8：00-23：00）


2. 报到地点：湖南省长沙市湖南大学集贤宾馆


注：请代表们以邮件收到的第三轮通知的报到地点为主。




四、到目的地的交通路线


  1、黄花机场—>湖南大学集贤宾馆


a 乘坐机场大巴到市内民航大酒店，再换乘的士（20元人民币左右）直接到湖南大学集贤宾馆；


b乘的士直接到湖南大学集贤宾馆（120元人民币左右）


2、长沙火车站—>湖南大学集贤宾馆


   a乘公交车立珊专线、旅1路湖南大学站下车，前行至东方红广场毛主席像右侧上行500m²左右（岳麓书院大门前行50米）


b乘的士直接到湖南大学集贤宾馆（25元人民币左右）




五、注意事项：


1、请各位代表于2010年5月25日前将英文摘要题目以电子邮件形式发往会务组联系人庞新宇E-mail： cbsc@hnu.cn ，需要参加论文报展的也请一并告知，以便我们顺利完成论文摘要集的制作和准备展板。


2、大会将在黄花机场设接待站和火车站设志愿者服务站，请各单位代表于2010年5月28日前把参会人数、人名及来长沙和返程的航班告知会务组，以便我们安排好车次。到站后请及时与接待站的志愿者联系。
