| I have one manuscript submitted to this journal. one month ago, the current status did not change so send letter to ask for the progress of the manuscript. No response from Editor-in-Chief. However, JOE send the response that the manuscript is currently with Editor-in-Chief who will shortly assign the paper to an associate editor with further peer review process. So long time to find out the Editor. This because the Editor-in-Chief carefully select the expert editor and reviewer ???? |
