Feeling bad

I was designated as the communicating person in my major.And now I am feeling awful about it.As the communicating person,I am supposed to distribute information to other people.I do not complain about my phone bills or anything because it really does not cost me much.And it is no big job that may take me much effort.All these are not anything to speak of.But what makes me feel bad is that our class which was supposed to be taken this afternoon was canceled,and the person in charge of that major did not tell me about that.As the classmates in my major have also chose that class,then someone in my major is angry with me and she scolds me about not being a qualified communicating person.They never say thanks when I tell them anything,I am OK with that.But when something is not so good,I then become the person who they find fault with.What the hell am I doing?Who am I doing things for?Why should I do these things?
