When things do not go well as you have expected
When you feel frustrated and ashame
When you're growing up and up but your aim, your goal has not achieved,
When you have not make a satisfied family
When you can not provide your family, your relatives, especially your  parents
when your work, your ideal professional position failed you
wHEN you think you can not make things different
....
WHAT are yoU doing now?

Idle? lost?
U'VE got nowhere to go?

Definitely NOT,
mY Friends,

Come on, u can do it and you can make it,
U JUST DO IT, THINgs will be defferent if you do it from now on,
Even you have Old enough,
U have be alone,
U have money,
u lost sth,
U got NOTHING with you,

bUT You have your amibition,
you have hands,
YOu can speak,
You can lean,
....
You can do everything,
Do things from today, from the minutes you are aware of it!

Come on, my dear friends,
Just do something!

i always persisit and i work hard .but sometimes ,when  i thought about past ,i felt anxious and sad! because of this ,i can't concentrate on my work and study!

there're so much pressure around us nowadays, we need more understanding and comprehension, anxiety and sadness cannot be always avoid, what we could do is to refresh ourselves and find a new way out, come on, i know you can make it.
