针对这一情况,我们提出用碳酸氢铵(NH4HCO3)和氨水(NH3•H2O)对包头稀土矿浓硫酸焙烧矿进行复分解反应处理,处理后的浸液通过蒸发结晶加工成(NH4)2SO4产品,滤饼进行酸浸,除杂后,根据钙和稀土元素沉淀的pH值不同,采用分步沉淀的方法分离钙和稀土元素,此时钙以氯化钙的形式存在,稀土以稀土氢氧化物的形式存在,稀土氢氧化物加盐酸溶解后可以转型为稀土氯化物溶液,这样就可以实现钙和稀土元素的回收。此外,实验过程所回收的水可以循环利用。
