请教有关往journal of hazardous materials 投稿的问题 已有3人参与

我这是第一次往该期刊投稿，可却收到这样的来信：Your submission entitled "*******“has been received by Journal of Hazardous Materials. However, before we can proceed with the review process we ask you to address the following: As this is a previously rejected manuscript please upload the previous "response to reviewers" of the rejected paper and the "rejected paper editor decision letter" with your manuscript. This is in order to ensure that it is assigned to the original handling editor. 可事实上这是第一次投稿，而非拒稿。不知道是何问题。在投稿时，发现在线系统的 的additonal information 有一些问题不知怎么填写，我就都填写了no。问题如下： Please advise if this is a previously rejected manuscipt of this journal? Who was the original handling Editor? What was the original manuscript number? Only relevant for papers that have been returned to you for further technical editing: Do you confirm that you have made the necessary technical changes to your paper? 请各位高手指教问题出在哪里？急！多谢！ |
