   Nowadays a nation-wide debate has sprung up on whether or not the government should be responsible for the health care and education of its citizens.
   Some people hold the view that it is reasonable for the government to be responsible for the health care and education of its citizens, because the health care and education are the fundamental  requirements for people and every citizen should have a equal chance to obtain the health care and education, at the same time, the health care and education are very important for the development and stability of a country. Other strongly object to burdening the health care and education by government, they think that the health care and education belong to individual things, the government has not a duty to spend money on the health care and education of its citizens.
   As far as I`m concerned, I am agree with the former. At present, our government is not strong enough to burden the health care and education of our citizens, but in the long run, with rapid development of our country, it is necessary for our government to be responsible for the health care and education of our citizens. There are two major reasons for this view. For one thing, the government provides a chance for every citizen to gain the health care and education so that it can shorten the great disparity between rich and poor, it makes our country becomes more harmonious and united. For another, providing the health care and education is symbolic of prosperous and strong of a country, it can improve the overall quality of our citizens and accelerate to the development of our country, because citizens obtaining government`s support will devote themselves to the construction of their country. Only in this way will our country have a bright future.

TOPIC ONE:
Nowadays, as the development of internet and technology, an increasing number of people chose to use mobile phone or email instead of letter writing to communicate with each other. On the one hand, some people claim that the letter writing skills will soon disappear completely if the situation will develop on. They said that we should take some actives to stop the situation. On the other hand, some people hold the opposite view. They argue that the letter writing’s disappear is inevitable. When there is a new technology created, the old one must be disappear.
Personally, letter writing is a warm remember for me. I didn’t write letters on papers to my friends from three or four years ago. Email or QQ become the communicate tools from then on. If I received a letter from a friend of my one day, I must be very exciting and couldn’t to go to sleep and read it again and again.
But, communicate by the internet is the necessary trend. Through the internet we can impress information quickly. We can know things that happened a second before on every corner of the earth. It has changing our lives at every moment. We should adapt to it, only in this way, can we expect a happy life.
In the same way, not only about the internet, there are also a great number of new technologies. As a graduated person, we should learn to use it. Take the science to improve our life condition.

Will the letter writing skills disappear?
With the mass production of electronic devices and application of new technologies, society has entered “communication” age. Nowadays, mobile and computer have become extremely popular among olds, not speak to of youngsters. An increasing number of people use the mobile phone or computer to communicate. They no longer write letters to each other. And the tradition writing letters seems to suffer a great challenge.
So, for some people, think that the letter writing skills will soon disappear completely, because there are several reasons. First, mobile and computer are convenient and accessible every where. What more, with the economic and technology developing, it’s so cheap that every one can afford it. At last not the least, environmentalists advocate the benefit of mobile and computer on the ground of forest protection.
However, for me and some people, the letter writing skills are important, unique and rewarding. As the proverb says “Handwriting can determine a man and his personality”. Nothing can be more thought-provoking and interesting than writing a letter under a table lamp in a dark night. And the friend of received you letter can feel different meaning, so your emotion increasingly deep, even your friend may be love you from received your letter begin. In a word ,the letter writing can’t be disappear completely and have itself attraction.

As the society is developing, the health and education are attracted more and more attention. Some people think the government should be responsible for them, others think they are not the government’s responsibility.
In my opinion, the government must have responsibility for the healthy care and education. As we all know, Serving the People with All Heart and Soul is our government’s declaration. But how to serve the people? To progress our civil levels, strengthen our boy and improve our education. All these must be done by government, unless the citizens have enough energy to serve themselves. But the question is did there are enough people can service themselves. Obviously, the number is small.
Others think the health care and education were the responsibility of themselves, they thought they have enough salary to make them to do. But there are so many people out of health care and education all over the world, as their governments have done little things.
As so, the health care and education must be responsible by the government.

一年多没有提笔写了，感觉生疏了很多啊

Is it unjustified to transport fruits and vegetables by air in order to satisfy some special demands? I don’t agree this standpoint, a supply exists as a result of some demands, so long as the supplying goods and channel are legitimate, people’s needs should be met by market.

The world developing too fast. For example, many new products have been created such as GM foods， made-make foods and new discovered foods and people don't know how to judge that whether health or not. The government should be responsible for the foods health and control the quality of the foods.
I have a small house in a countryside and often go to there. I feel really sad, there are many empty farm chemical bottles in the fields. That means we eat a lot of chemical stuff every day. But people can't know what happens in there if you never have been there. May be you can read it in newspapers. who can say, that any individual have the power to check or control this case. So governments should be responsible for the health care and education of its citizens, that is my opinion.

Anyway , I hope this is only a saying that will never come true .It would be a great loss to human beings if this happened.
Nowadays , more and more people are preferring sending emails and messages to writing letters ,one of the most important reasons is that they are fairly convenient. Our friends never have to wait for a long time, they can receive our letters in few seconds. And we never have to walk a long way to find a post office. What’s more, sending letters is more expensive now, so sending emails and letters can save us money. In a word, because of these advantages, people are getting farther and farther from letter writing. It’s rather a bad result.
As to myself ,I appreciate the convenience the computer and mobile phone bring about, but I’m worried about the future of letter writing, we should write some letters sometimes using their pens instead of computers or mobile phones. It should not disappear. Whenever I read letters from my friends , their familiar handwritings remind me our hearts are so near, I feel as if we were sitting face to face although we are faraway from each other. The feelings are amazing. I never have such feelings when I read emails or messages .Letter writing can shorten the distance of our hearts. I think they are special reward from letter writing.

I will write about other topics if I have time.
