Both strong chemical activity of ionization of oxygen anions and dissociative carbon plasma, which was formed by laser ablation of graphite, were used to replace Hx  from Si-HX  and other saturate silicon dangling bonds of PS. Most of carbon particles didn’t form diamond-like (DLC) film but CO2 and CO when oxygen anions and carbon plasma of particles acted simultaneously on the surface of PS. The PL intensity of PS with so treated enhances up to near 2 times compared with that of without passivation treatment. 原意是：激光消融石墨所产生的游离的等离子体碳和电离了的氧气阴离子，他们都有很强的化学活性。用他们来取代多孔硅（PS）上面Si-HX  键的 Hx  ，氧气阴离子和碳等离子体在多孔硅表面相遇时，绝大多数碳离子会形成CO2 和 CO而不是类金刚石diamond-like (DLC)薄膜。 经过这样处理的多孔硅的光致发光（PL）的强度比缘来没结果处理的多孔硅的发光强度增加2倍左右。 [ Last edited by 闻筝雪舞 on 2010-5-20 at 21:25 ]
