INTECH Book Chapter Nomination问题

前几天收到一封来信，说是邀请我编书。这个发信人说话很奇怪，也不说他们的出版社是个什么机构，从来信中看不出他们的水平，很担心一起编了书没人看，白白花了钱。就没理他。可是今天他催了，又发了同样的信。大家看看，谁有这方面的经验。拜托了。 下面是前几天的信的内容。 Dear Dr. XXX, My name is Ms. Ana Nikolic and I am contacting you regarding the INTECH new book project under the working title "Ionic Liquids, Theory and Applications", 978-953-7619-X-X. Based on your paper "XXX", you are nominated to participate in the book. You are, however, neither limited to the paper topic nor are we asking you to republish the above paper. This paper served as a proof that you are doing high quality research. The book will be published by INTECH, world's largest science & technology Open Access publisher. All INTECH books are published both in hard copy (with ISBN number) and online, with completely FREE access to read, share and download. Why should you participate: - Ionic Liquids, Theory and Applications covers your area of research - Free online availability increases your paper's impact - Each INTECH book chapter is downloaded approximately 1000 times per month - More citations of your work (Open Access papers are 3 times more likely to be cited than non-open access papers) - The author holds the copyright before and after the publishing. The publishing fee per chapter is 470 Euro. Publishing fee covers all steps in the book production as well as one hard copy of the book which will be sent to you by express postal delivery.
