Abstract: The sol - gel synthesis of silica gel samples of chitosan. By IR, thermogravimetric experiments were used to characterize the structures of the products, and the synthesis of silica gel adsorption of chitosan bovine serum proteins were various factors affecting the system.Experimental results show that chitosan bonded silica gel adsorption of bovine serum proteins basically meet the Langmuir isotherm equation and pseudo second order kinetics equation.
