图 2-16为不同声压下C类颗粒时间序列的功率谱图。由图可知,声场引入后,C类颗粒压力波动信号的能量值呈现宽频特性,但仍有明显的主频存在,主频一般在0.05~0.25 Hz。声波的引入使功率谱主频峰值减小,而且声压越大主频峰值越小,颗粒相高频频域越宽。因为声波产生的能量可以减小气泡的尺寸,增大颗粒相对浓度,强化气固两相传质。声压越大声能越大,越有利于颗粒流化。通过颗粒压力波动信号统计分析可知,低频高强度声波的引入有利于颗粒振动加速度的提高,使颗粒在声压高速交替变化中产生周期性震荡。因此,由气泡相的运动产生的低频变小,而颗粒相的运动构成的高频频域变宽。

Figure 2-16 are the power spectrum of C class particles time series under different sound pressure. From the figure, the energy value of C type particle pressure fluctuation signals show the broadband characteristics after the introduction of sound field, but there are still significant frequency generally from 0.05 to 0.25 Hz. The introduction of sound waves decreases the peak frequency of power spectral; moreover, the greater sound pressure the smaller peak frequency, and the more width the particle high-frequent domain. This is because the energy produced by sound wave can reduce the bubble size, increase the relative concentration of particles and enhanced gas-solid mass transfer. The greater sound pressure and energy are more favorable flow of particles. The statistics analysis of particle pressure fluctuation shows that the introduction of low-frequency high-intensity sound waves is conducive to the improvement of particle vibrating acceleration, and makes particles generate cyclical fluctuations in the high-speed alternative vibration of sound pressure. Therefore, the low frequency produced by the motion of the bubble phase became small, while the high-frequency field produced by the particles movement became wide.
