有篇文章直接被主编据稿，大家帮忙看看审稿意见。 While your submission is of interest to ****, there are certain elements that need to be addressed before proceeding with the review process. They are as follows: 1. The declaration of the manuscript, that the paper has not been published elsewhere nor submitted for the considerations of the publication by other journals/conferences, shall be provided in the cover letter. 2.
