[交流] 刚刚杯具，格式不对，该如何修改（有具体意见） 已有12人参与

这是给我的回信，文章退回来了，对后面的Comments该如何修改？

When you resubmit your manuscript, please also provide a separate sheet listing your responses to the problems that were raised and upload it under the submission item 'Responses to Technical Check Results'. A sample of the "Responses" sheet can be found at: http://www.elsevierscitech.com/l ... Technical_Check.pdf
We regret that without a completed "Responses" sheet, your manuscript will not be further processed.

Before resubmitting your manuscript, please make sure that every aspect of the manuscript is in accordance with the Guide for Authors which is available at http://ees.elsevier.com/nonrwa/ top of screen.

PLEASE NOTE: Resubmission is not a guarantee that your submission will subsequently proceed to the peer review process, which is a decision to be made at the sole discretion of the journal editor.

Comments:

1) Type the whole manuscript with double line spacing.

2) Cover letter should be given before the main text.

3) Cite all references provided in the reference list  sequentially in the text.

意见不是写的很清楚么
1，双倍行距
2，要有cover letter
3，参考文献的引用要按顺序编排

前面两条都改了，第三条：参考文献的引用要按顺序编排是什么意思？是文章中文献引用的先后顺序吗

严格按照'Responses to Technical Check Results'里面的选项检查你的文章，尽可能满足要求

第一页要用Cover letter
双倍行距
参考文献按顺序排版

这是技术水平上的错误，手稿修改后，要单独一页回答这些问题，主要意思就是已经修改过了就OK了
