how to overcome bad mood? good guys,when something that beyond our feeling happened,how do you get though it and acquire a fresh mind? now i will tell you my ways.take today for example.today is really a difficult day that i feel so excrescent here ,everyone around me have things to do and they are under such a busy state that nobody notice my beings.so i don't what to do.as often, i roam in the campus,around the lake, time and times again,when i saw a insect walking in the lawn,i even feel i should be a insect,to accompany and play with it! dear friends,how can you overcome bad mood? |

| first，i don't think man always have things what they want to do,as what you say in you note,i know you are a studuent,so you shuold have a lot of homework to do,just because of your mood,you don't want to do such things,if i were you,i will go somewhere nobody can fiind scream out what i hatred,when tired ,maybe we will find the answer |
